Come Home and To be or not to be

Tuesday, April 5

WEll we had a wonderful day today. I suppose. I arrived at the Press Conference of which the Angelino Spoke about . Dennis ZIne at the Rally for Hahn
It was actually a press conference at which the City Council Persons who had endorsed MAyor Hahn during the Primary came and showed thier support once again. As You can see Dennis ZIne was present , so now we know who he endorses for mayor.
I got some nice shots of the rally here is another one : These two journalists posed for me before the Press Confereence Rally:
IMG_0211 MAyor Hahn at the Rally Nate Holden of Course speaking at the Rally told the people to come home and support James Hahn. It sounded almost like one of those Jamaica commericals that had that song come home in it. Actually it makes sense.Nate Holden This reporter from the LA Times was shouted down by folks in James Hahn's group and those not in James Hahn's group of Supporters , We need an LA Newspaper not a Chicago Paperthey were yelling at him because they were saying they want a Los Angeles Newspaper and not a Chicago newspaper. Eric Richardson talks a lot about what happened today at the hearing at the Budget Comittee Meeting at City Hall. Here he is making history and blogging froma committee meeting live.
Tom Gilmore , Eric Richardson, Jason Waters , and Nic Cha KIm All in all I have to say it was interesting today as The Latino Theatre Company and the WIll ANd Company were saying how great their groups are. When every one of us did not know that this special meeting was going to take place until the last minute. I will speak on this more on a later blog , but I will be replying on Eric Ricahrdson's Blog downtown in the comments area, for the most part.NOw the fun part was when Nic Cha Kim , a co-chair of the Arts Aesthetic Culture And Education Committee of DLANC was pretty miffed about the fact that the new dcisions being made left out the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council. Here he is all BUdget hearing over RFP for LAtino Theatre Companyby himself sitting in front of the Budget Committee.
