Adding a new blogger to the roll

Tom Gilmore Requested that I put skidrowscribe on my blogroll. Skid Row scribe is a person who is actually going through the pains of being in skid row and navigating the hurdles presented to those whom arrive.

For me ,there are some ethical considerations in not wanting to add him to my blogroll. The main reason is that he is a neighbor living in another building, in skid row , and he is sort of a "client." I am not a case worker or case manager , but my background is such so I treat them as if I were working with people in that sort of setting. So I understand the issues of confidentiality. Like so many others in skid row whom I have had the opportunity to guide them to the resources that best fit their needs , i make sure that whatever they tell me stays with me. Unless , of course , if I find that they present themselves a danger to themselves or others , then that is when I say something.
